what salary does randstad pay?
Randstad is a member of Dansk Erhverv. The Confederation of Danish Industry and the Association of Temporary Employment Agencies. We are also a member of the Construction Collective Agreement, and you can be sure that your salary is competitive in the market. We pay wages in accordance with collective agreements, holiday pay, pension options, etc. in accordance with Danish collective agreements and Danish legislation.
Which salary and collective agreement your temporary employment is covered by depends on the customer's and Randstad's collective agreement obligations. This will be stated in your employment contract.
