Reporting to the CTO for Strategy and Operations, you will lead the strategic direction, architecture, and implementation of business-critical CRM solutions.

key responsibilities:

- Lead a team of internal specialists and external consultants.
- Define and execute a clear vision for CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure design and optimization of solution architecture and seamless API integrations.
- Drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency in CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.

your profile:

- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Technical background as a solution architect, technical product owner or senior software developer.
- Experience leading complex CRM projects in fast-paced international environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience managing external vendors while maintaining strategic direction.
