As a Project Manager, your role will entail defining and establishing the scope and objectives of the project, as well as ensuring optimal work processes. This includes the allocation of resources as needed and the development of a budget based on the project requirements, which must be adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for prioritizing and collaborating with stakeholders to ensuring high standard deliveries and building and maintaining long-term client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve planning and leading projects, as well as serving as a coordinator for various tasks that may arise.

In your day-to-day operations, you can expect to be responsible for:
- Developing and managing a detailed project and work plan
- Providing product updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and progress - Managing contracts to suppliers, subcontractors as well as assigning them tasks and communicating expected deliveries
- Tracking project costs to meet the budget
- Monitoring progress and adjusting if needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

In addition to the above, SWARCO would prefer that you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Have 2-5 years of experience from a similar role, where you acted within project management - Have completed a project leadership education program (a plus)
- Are interested in working with the best techniques and standards throughout the execution of the project
- Have proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish
