As a SAP Solution Architect in IIT, you and your peers are responsible for developing and driving the roadmap and architecture for the SAP platform and investments in Western Europe.

You will bring the thought leadership, strategic and detailed planning that ensure a clear, measurable and achievable SAP direction. You will help the company understand best practices and orient to standard functionality wherever possible.

In close dialogue with IT Service Owners and Business Owners, you will advise on the best solutions and approaches.

key tasks

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Strategic planning and advising
- Own and drive Carlsberg's key SAP architecture for the Supply Chain for Western Europe
- Ensure that the solution architecture is scalable and secure, and complies with Group Enterprise Architecture principles
- Guide IT, business and partners as they assess and migrate from ECC to S4/HANA

Project consulting
- Own the technical and functional solution designs for project implementations, aligned to business strategies and goals

Day to day consulting
- Act as a Solution Architect for the outsourced SAP delivery team and provide technical leadership
- Drive optimisation, standardisation and automation of the solution portfolio
- Challenge the business users and delivery partner to ensure that practices and standard SAP flows are followed wherever practical, and that risks and cost are kept to sensible minimums

Furthermore
- Document the SAP configuration and flows in tools such as SAP Cloud ALM
- Take responsibility for IT Asset Management within the application / technology layer of your portfolio, including licensing, integration, financials, lifecycle, GDPR

about you

- An experienced and proactive SAP professional who possess:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as SAP Solution Architect or similar
- Extensive knowledge of SAP technology and Supply Chain modules
- A technical background within SAP ECC and S4/HANA
- Experience working with global SI partners and/or support providers
- Fluency in English
- Preferably business experience within FMCG industry
