Your team is a remarkable group of supervisors, driven by their expertise and unwavering commitment to projects and top-notch work on multiple projects. As their team leader, your role is to empower their talents and help them towards success. These exceptional individuals have been working abroad, away from their loved ones, making your ability to build relationships and foster trust crucial in creating a supportive team environment. Ultimately, your core responsibility lies in nurturing their growth and enabling them to shine and thrive.

The supervisors are working on commissioning projects across North & Central Europe with the occasional project outside Europe. While your daily tasks are at the office in Aarhus, you will be traveling about 30 days a year to meet with supervisors and stakeholders.

main responsibilities

- Team and individual management: Effectively lead and support the team, fostering a collaborative environment for growth, development, and success
- Recruitment, onboarding, and development: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting and onboarding top talents to providing ongoing development opportunities, ensuring project readiness and effective HR processes
- Performance and feedback: Implement robust performance management systems, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and recognition to drive continuous improvement and communication
